Welcome to O1/Eb1 coaching, I recently got my EB1 approved, and I want to share my journey, and guide future aspirants through this process.
The EB-1 visa process... it's brutal! Getting good advice is key, but it feels like a race. The more people who figure it out, the harder it gets for everyone since there are only so many spots. My aim to ensure you get the right advice specific for your particular case, build a strategy & fulfill the criteria that will be useful for the case.
Criteria for Eb1:
Prove you're at the top of your game! To qualify for an EB-1A visa, you'll need to show serious achievements. Here's how:
Got Awards? National or international recognition goes a long way.
Exclusive Member? Belonging to a selective group for the best in your field is a strong sign.
Media Spotlight: Have major publications been written about your work? That's huge!
The Judge's Choice: Have you been asked to evaluate others' work? It shows expertise.
Made a breakthrough? New ideas, inventions, or major contributions to your field count here.
Scholarly Star: Published articles in professional journals show your knowledge matters.
Art That Sells: Exhibitions and showcases are proof of your artistic talent.
Key Player: Did you hold an important role in a well-known organization? Include it!
Top Earner: Commanding a high salary proves your exceptional value.
Box Office Success: For performing artists, ticket or album sales speak volumes.
